Today I had an old, disused keyboard lying around and thought I'd have a look inside...The Victim:
Open it up by undoing the screws on the back:
Inside you'll find a plastic sheet and a nice PCB:
Remove the plactic and PCB(the PCB has not been removed here):
And if you like LEDs, here's picture of the PCB:
You have succesfuly dissected an old(or new)keybord.

A capacitor(can't remember the value)
A resistor(can't remeber the value)
